2. Service. GWohnungen is a Telegram bot that monitors publicly available flat listings of several Vienna housing cooperatives and sends a Telegram message on new matches. It is not affiliated with those organisations and gives no entitlement to any particular flat.
3. Free trial. New users get a free trial on first activation (currently 3 days).
4. Subscription & price. Thereafter the service costs 300 Telegram Stars per month (about €5), paid via Telegram Stars. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
5. Cancellation. Any time via Telegram's subscription management or the /refund command in the bot. Access already granted runs until the end of the paid period.
6. Withdrawal / refund. This is digital content provided immediately. By activating you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses on full performance. A refund of the last payment is available via /refund.
7. Liability. Listing data comes from third-party public sources; no warranty is given for accuracy, completeness or availability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version applies.
9. Governing law / venue. Austrian law; mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
